Refrigeration inside the ice machine
This ice maker makes a tube cube ice with a small hole in the center as pictured above and is a packaged unit meaning the refrigeration and ice maker section is assembled together as a package. The refrigerant used is ammonia and there is a remote reciever to hold the ammonia charge as well as an evaporative condenser to cool and condense the refrigerant. It has a Vilter screw compressor that pumps the ammonia through the ice maker system.
Ice Maker is hooked up here and was tested making ice as you can see in the picture.
