Ice bin rake assembly

Features

- The entire Morris ice bin rake assembly is manufactured using stainless steel flights, shafts, channels and supports

- Aluminum and stainless steel rake chain with UHMW rollers and sprockets

- The ice bin walls and floor are manufactured from clear epoxy coated structural aluminum and assembled

using stainless steel fasteners.

- The wall and floor lining, installed at the job site, is high density polyethylene (HDPE)

- Pulleys have permanently sealed needle bearings for maintenance free operation.

- Totally enclosed electric hoist drive and cable system

- The motor/reducer is shaft mounted to avoid chains and sprockets, and comes complete with stainless steel enclosures

- Wash down duty drive motor

- Gear reducer lubricant is FDA and USDA approved for food contact

- Stainless steel lift cables, pulleys, and pulley brackets

- Flight sensor safety switch to prevent rake from burying in ice
